bump version [skip ci]

* support mathjax header in plotly backend

* support extra_plot_kwargs in plotly backend

* correct local file parameter to `file:///`

* corrections proposed by @BeastyBlacksmith

* include extra_kwargs for subplots

* don't merge subplot extra_kwargs
